Eligibility: 

• 35 years for applicants of a Master degree and 40 years for those of PhD.
• 1 Bachelor Degree for a Master 1 Mphil Degree for a PhD

Number of Awardees: 11

Value of Scholarship:

Masters: 2 return tickets to France
o Free Visa
o Free university basic registration fees
o Health insurance
o Living allowance of 440 Euros/month

Selected candidates will have to provide additional revenues of a minimum of 330 Euros/month – about 1422 GHC/month from a private source of funding, or personal revenues

PhD: 3 return tickets to France (1 for each stay)
o Free Visa
o Free university basic registration fees
o Health insurance
o Living allowance of 440 Euros/month

Duration of Scholarship:

• Masters:  24 months
• PhD: 3 stays in France of 6 months each, over a period of three-year
